WHO WILL PROCESS YOUR DATA:

WHAT PURPOSE DO WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA FOR?

Employee recruitment:
If you want to apply to our company, your data will be used to carry out the recruitment process.
We process your data on the basis of the provisions of the Act of June 26, 1974, the Labor Code, in particular art. 22-1. You provide the data provided for recruitment purposes voluntarily, but they are necessary to verify job candidates – failure to do so will result in the inability to participate in the recruitment process. Mia-Design Sp. z o.o. does not use data from recruitment processes for other purposes. We will process data until the decision on the selection of the candidate for the job and up to 3 months after its selection, and in the case of consent up to 2 years from its granting or until its withdrawal.

If you want to allow us to use your CV for future recruitments carried out in Mia-Design Sp. z o.o. include the following consent in your CV:

„I consent to the use of my data from the CV document sent for the purposes of future recruitments carried out at Mia-Design Sp. z o.o. until this consent is withdrawn. „

IMPORTANT! You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, which will not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out until they are withdrawn. Personal data will be processed until the consent is withdrawn.

Only the company’s management has access to your data.

You have the right to request from Mia-Design Sp. z o.o. access to your personal data and obtain a copy of it and the right to transfer it, as well as request rectification, deletion, limitation of their processing and the right to object to their processing. Please also note that you have the right to lodge a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection (supervisory authority).
We store your personal data for the period required by applicable law or another period depending on the purpose of processing, in particular:
data obtained for the purposes of sales / purchase will be stored for the duration of the contract. After this period, we will process your data for no more than 10 years.

WHAT RIGHTS DO YOU HAVE?

In accordance with applicable regulations, you have the following rights:

the right to access your data – you can request information about your data in our possession;
the right to amend your data – if you find that the data we hold about you is inaccurate or incomplete, you can request that it be changed,
the right to request the deletion of your data – you can request the deletion of your personal data held with us, if the law so permits;
the right to limit data processing – if you feel that the scope of data we process is too wide, you have the right to request a limitation of this scope;
the right to object – you can object to further data processing;
the right to withdraw consent – if you have consented to the processing of data in recruitment processes;
the right to transfer data – you can request us to transfer your data to another entity;
we would also like to inform you that you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body – the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection;

Sales realization / Purchase realization

In the event that you become our customers, your data will be used to implement the sale / service (pursuant to art.6 par.1 lit.b RODO). This applies in particular to payment data, place of service, persons authorized to execute the order, issue sales documents and enable you to exercise your warranty rights.

WHAT DATA DO WE COLLECT?
We collect and use your personal data to the extent necessary as part of our business, in particular where appropriate:

identification data (e.g. name and surname),
contact details (e.g. postal and email address, telephone number),
tax status (e.g. tax ID),
financial data (e.g. income statement, PIT documents),
bank details (e.g. bank account details),
details of our cooperation (e.g. orders, data related to complaints)
video monitoring (e.g. monitoring of Mia-Design Sp. z o.o. facilities).
In some circumstances, we may collect and use the personal data of persons with whom we have or could cooperate, such as potential clients.
For some reasons, we may collect information about you even when we do not work directly with you. This may happen, for example, if your data is provided by our clients, in particular if you are:

guarantors,
legal representatives (proxies),
party in the complaint process.
The legal basis for these activities are legitimate interests pursued by Mia-Design Sp. z o.o. (art.6 par.1 lit.f RODO) – you can object at any time – for reasons related to your particular situation – to the processing of your data based on this basis.

WHO DO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL DATA WITH?

In order to achieve the above-mentioned purposes, we can provide your personal data:

service providers (e.g. business intelligence, consulting companies, companies supporting our IT system) who perform services on our behalf and subsidiaries (applies to data of Contractors and potential Contractors);
transport companies (applies to data of contractors),
financial or judicial authorities, state agencies or public bodies, upon request and to the extent permitted by law,
some regulated professionals, such as lawyers and auditors.

HOW LONG DO WE PROCESS YOUR DATA?
We store your personal data for the period required by applicable law or another period depending on the purpose of processing, in particular:

data obtained for the purposes of sales / purchase will be stored for the duration of the contract. After this period, we will process your data for no more than 10 years.
